HDMI SOUND ON VPCEB1E0E - Sony

I have just got round to connecting this to our HD TV and there appears to be no sound over the HDMI lead, is there any way this can be corrected?

Is your sound set to digital output?

Go to control panel, choose to view either large or small icons (near top right), then click sound.

Is Digital/HDMI set as the default Device?

I think it is Realtek HD Audio as the default device - can't seem to change it.

I can do many things on a computer, but never had to fiddle with the should before!!!
