How do I back up my library?

Thinking of updating to Sonic Stage 3.1 but want to back up my music files first incase they get lost when version 2.3 gets uninstalled. What is the easiest way to do this?

Go to the start menu & go to all programmes, In the sonic stage drop down list select backup tool & off you go! I backup to DVD.

One thing, dont use R/W's the discs get locked down regardless & you cant rewrite them again.

I have to say when I upgraded it went without a hitch but my backup was there just in case!!
