How do you search this forum?

When I try to find all questions that concern DVD read/write, I type DVD in the Search field but the thing comes up with NO RESULT, which I tend not to believe.

What do I do wrong?

I've just tried myself with keywords like Vaio, Sony, Vista Etc and I get no results. It looks like the Search facility does not work since the update to the site.

Does anyone know how to report problems?

Another possible bug is that the site does not remember my login details.

Is anyone else getting this problem?

Yes I had the same and fixed it.
I removed all cookies from the Internet Options-Privacy tab and started again by logging-in into club-vaio after ticking the option 'Remember me': it worked.
Maybe you don't need to remove all cookies but, since it is difficult to find the one that refers to club-vaio, that's just the easiest way.

I have found that this worked for me..

When you log in try using this link type in your Login Name, followed by your Password and then place a tick in the box next to Yes, automatically log me on for and select the time limit you wish to automatically be logged for, (I normally choose 12 months) then click login..
