I have a sony VAIO FS415B, WITH A DVD ROM : DW Q58A: SONY DVD RW. driver version 5.1.2535.0
The problem is that i cannot run any dvd/cds on it, when clicked on the dvd icon it says please insert a disc. I have even reformated my system but to no avail.
