PCG-9E9M looking for the rebuild CD

After sterling service the hard disk crashed. You guessed it I cannot find the recovery CDs! I have a replacement hard drive, but no way to recover my Viao 😞 How does one go about this?

I think you will have to contact Sony Support by phone or email here: -

and see if a replacement recovery disc set is available. There will be a charge.

I am unsure whaich model Vaio you have so I cannot offer any other advice. You are quoting the chassis number not the model type.
