Pimp my Display Resolution / laptop in Windows

Laptop with a NVIDIA GeForce GO 7600 on a 15.2". For games resolution doesnt go over 1280x800. Since the laptop in question easily could handle top rim games, I would appreciate any suggestions on software in addition to graphics drivers other than fabric Sony Vaio Drivers that give that Display Setting as max in Vista Windows. Hoping to replace desktop with laptop.


A few details about the laptop in question.: SONY VAIO VGN-FE41Z. 2 Gbit RAM. Windows Vista Home Premium. Intel Core 2 CPU T7200 @ 2.00 GHz.

You can download the latest Nvidia video drivers, modded .inf file and instructions on how to install on the site www.laptopvideo2go.com

But anyway you won't be able to use a resolution superior to 1280x800 on the LCD screen of your laptop, as it is its native (maximum) resolution. You will only be able to use a better resolution on external screens.
