I have recently installed PMB to a second computer and transferred all our photos and videos of holidays & grand children to it. The photos are fine but videos are far from it! Double clicking on the video file brings it up on a new screen just as it's supposed to. The video playback will only play about 4-5 seconds and there is no sound at all.
Is there some kind soul out there with the knowledge who can help me to resolve this issue? If there is, please remember I am an old woman with limited computer know-how!!!!
