problem of the customized vaio

yesterday 9th February 2012. I placed an order on www.sony.co.uk. also had paid it. does anyone know when can i get my vaio(i choose express delivery and paid 10 pounds for it)

That will depend on your location and what is the payment option you used to pay for it. Have you asked the support team about this matter?

well. i used credit card to pay for it.  i have not recieve any confirmed order email. the order status is always shows 'your vaio order is being custom built for you'  what is this mean?

Delivery of a customised Vaio usually takes approx. 2 to 3 weeks from date of order.

You should receive email notification once manufacture has commenced and further notification on dispatch.
