Until recently, IE 8 or 9 ran correctly under Windows 7. At some time, IE 9 did & still doesn't run - on clicking the icon, the associated 'circle' appears to be trying to load it, but nothing happens.
Opera, Avant, Chrome & Firefox all work OK.
I've looked at & tried suggestions from the internet but so far, nothing has correected the problem - any ideas?
(Some might say forget IE, but the problem is annoying me!!)
