problem with paid sites

hello, if I want to use a paid site, my VAIO has a problem with that. I can open the site,I can enter the site, I can fill in my username and if I push enter then, VAIO is closing down all pages which are openon my notebook. How is that possible and what can I do about it?

Do you have the preinstalled security or have you sonloaded an extra?

It might be something to do with your security settings bit i am unsure

I still have the preinstalled security, nothing extra. Even with firewaal of I have the same problem.
