Product Code and Serial Number

Hello,
I'm trying to log onto Valo-Link but I cannot read the product code and serial number off the back of my VP as it has rubbed off the white part of the label on the back.

I have tried looking for the box, thinking it might be on there, but I couldn't find the box in my very untidy loft!

I've also tried looking at the invoices and reciepts that I got when I purchased my Vaio Pocket.

Could someone please tell me where I can find the information.

I have just found that this has also happened to me! I have opnly had my Vaio for 3 months and the white label on the bottom is competely illegible. Did you ever get any response from Sony? If not, could Sony please answer this.
