If you have formatted the Recovery Partition and did not make Recovery DVD Discs you must contact Sony Support here: -

They will sell you Recovery Discs for €35

Have you checked the Recovery Partition is deleted? Try tapping F10 at the Sony boot screen.

Or Start > right click Computer > select Manage > expand Storage on left side and click on Disk Management. What is shown as the first partition?
