Hi. I've had my VAIO VGN-FS115B for over a year now. Still great, except I can't burn discs anymore and am thinking of following the instructions in the thread about formatting the hard drive and re-installing everything. At the same time I thought I might get it serviced. Would it need this? The screens got a bit floppy but other than that and the DVD burner it seems fine. What is the recommendation and where should I take it in London?
