sound not working on vaio laptop! :(

Hi There everyone,

Please help

I cannot hear any souund from my Vaio Laptop (VGN-NW11S) and i have ensured all volume controls are on and that i have no other applications open with volume control that are muted. The sound also doesnt work through the headphones....?

Any Ideas on whats the problem could be and how can i solve it ?? It randomly stopped playing after i watched a film on it yesterday....

If anyone could help me here as im v reluctant to call the (expensive) 0905 number to get support as my Vaio is out of warrenty. Ive attatched a simple Powerpoint to show that my sound should be working.....

I´ve had the same problem few weeks ago with my SZ1HP.

The trouble was that I syncronized my smartphone through bluetooth.

Do you have any sound device syncronized using bluetooth?
