TV Tuner for PCV-RZ502P .... need one.... can anyone help me please?

As well as the computer above I have a flat screen LCD monitor type SDM-HS94PS....the whole set-up is crying out for a decent TV tuner (preferably digital for freeview channels). I'd like to be able to record programmes too and save to hard disc. Don't mind whether its internal or external as long as its good quality reception and function. Must be analogue reception and fairly sensitive - as signal is not too strong. I have looked but I can't find anything that looks suitable.
I have high hopes that someone out there can suggest something.!grin.gif|___jive_emoticon_name=grin|jivemacro=emoticon|class=jive_macro jive_emote|src=grin.gif! By the way I'm in UK.

Internal is the best as you'll get no lag
