Hello, I'm not able to hot sync my palm m500 (Palm Desktop Ver. 4.0.1) via bluetooth and my vaio vgns1hp (winxp). I belived that SP2 was responsible for the problem. So I installed the original installation of my notebook (SP1). Bt unfortuately it didn't help. I'm able to connect both devices. If vaio is searching and my palm is in discovery mode, vaio finds (Blue space 3.4.00.13230) a serial port. the devices are paired successful! Syncing doesn't work: ... the serial port is used by another programm ... ! I'think my serial setting is fine! Using the original SP2 instead of Blue space results in th same mistake! There is one difference: the winxp software is making 2 com ports: one incoming, one outgoing! I know the hardware is quite old but still working! My palm is able to sync with my desktop pc. the blue m module is connected to usb bluetooth stick. Thanks
