VGN-S3HP - How do I replace the hard drive?

My hard drive is failing, and I need to replace it.

Returning it to Sony is out of the question - it contains very sensitive data, so I need to do this myself.

I have a replacement SATA drive ready - I'm happy that I will be invalidating the warranty (although I don't think there is any left) - I just need someone to advise me which screws to undo and how to get at the hard drive.

Can anyone help?

Can't find anything on the S3 but have a look at this guide for the SZ-series - they have many similarities!!
