Vista + Battery

I have a VGN-FE21S, with Vista Ultimate installed.

The battery icon in the system tray always reports '100% available (plugged in, charging)' but never reports 'Fully charged (100%)' like it did under XP.

Is some software update from Sony needed to fix this?

As far as I was aware it's 'normal' for the power icon to report 100% charging when your battery is fully charged and your running on AC power..

Ok, thanks for that, it's just on some systems (Dell with Vista) it shows the message 'Fully charged'

But if it's normal, thats ok

I got XP and happens the same to me,even on Ubuntu. Bedrock, in XP,your battery icon appears "fully charged"?mine don't....=( thanks
