Hi I am sharing this in case it will help others.
I recently had to re-install Windows on this desktop. I installed the drivers from the Sony page though it seems there is a driver missing for PCI Simple Communications Controller with device ID 0x8086 0x3B64. This is the Intel MEI driver (not listed as a download on the Sony support page). I was able to resolve this by downloading the driver from the Intel website.
