vzfw.exe Problem

Just started getting a windows error created by vzfw.exe.
I have a SZ3XWP laptop running WXP Pro 2G Ram and lots Hdrive space left.
Can't think of anything that I've installed lately, just some Win Updates.
Any ideas?
