I just bought this headphones and when I connect them via cable they are very powerful but in bluetooth they are not at all. do you know why???

Hello @marcogent,

I first would check the settings in the "Headphones Connect" app to see if any of the settings there might cause the headphones to sound different during bluetooth playback.

it depends of your player.

Via bluetooth, some enable separate volume control from player and headphone in this case you have to volume up on both units
