WF-SP800N

I bought the WF-SP800N and had problems when driving and talking on the phone with them. The other person on other end would hear crackling noises when the car would move. It was like it was picking up the roughness of the road. I returned them 3 times and all 3 had the same problem. Has anyone else had this issue. Even the Sony tech that called me said it sounded awful.

Can you please switch of the noise cancelling function and try again?

Usually when doing a phone call you should disable NC.

Hey did you manage somehow to fix the problem. I'm experiencing the same cracking sound while answering calls while driving. With or without noise cancelling. And it's only while driving.
