I had a pair of WH-1000XM4 and now a pair of WH-1000XM5 and I've had a few issues with connect to PC over the years, switching between listening to music and Teams calls.
All was well, but recently I upgraded my WH-1000XM5 to firmware 2.4.1 and all went astray.
Often my headphones will now connect to PC Windows 11 with no sound, tried all the usual, but only worked 'removing' then from Windows 11 the repairing.
I noticed that this usually happens after they had auto-turned off when I went to make a coffee. After the headphones auto turned off, I would tun on and then as they paired there would always be no sound.
I just wondered is this a known bug or something I have done? I am not sure if they auto turned off during the upgrade to 2.4.1 so wondered if I could reinstall this firmware though I can't find any info on how to do this.
