@Kt20031112,the way you describe it sounds like disaster.
Go to the Support app on your device and choose Tests on the bottom line.
There you will find a screen test.
In the same app you can get in touch with Sony support.
Probably not on 31 December and 1 Januari.
You can choose several contact options: Chat, Mail or Phone

For every disaster there are test/escape procedures.
Test/escape procedures only work when there is no physical/mechanical damage.
1) Test in safe mode (from within the support app or a restart with the power button, long press the restart icon)
2) A software repair with Xperia Companion. Information in the support app and read more in the FAQ (under Information) on this forum. The precautions taken to backup your data are worth reading.
