Hi @Mimie22, welcome to our forum!
If you go to Settings > System > Languages & Input > On-screen keyboard > Swiftkey > Languages > add the language you want to use by choosing it from the list.
If you have already chosen it, tap on it and scroll through the different layouts at the bottom of the screen > tap the one you want to use and tap the home key to get back to the home screen.
