Hi @K03, sorry to hear about this.

If the charging port is defect, the device will need to be repaired by a trained technician at one of our authorized service centres.

Before you get in touch with your Local support team so they can arrange a repair for you, please make sure that there is no dust/dirt in the charging port and that is what is causing this. You can also try with a different cable if you haven't done that.
