I'm sorry but that seems to be a hardware issue, perhaps the screen burned out, you could try to repair the phone with Xperia Companion but most likely you will need to get it repaired with your local support team

I'm not quite sure that I understand exactly what you mean, would it be possible for you to elaborate a bit?

Does the screen turn off as soon as you answer a call and it does not stay on until you put the device at your ear like it should?

If that is the case, make sure that nothing is covering the sensor, for example a screen protector, or that there is any dirt or moisture on it. On the link below, you can see where it is located on your device (number 6).

Hi again @Alias45679, thank you for the information.

It does sound like the proximity sensor isn't working correctly.

Was there any change when you cleaned the sensor or made sure that nothing was covering it? If there wasn't, go to Settings > Support > Xperia tests > Ear proximity, how does the sensor work in the test?
