The notification panel is not displayed

Hola, tengo un pequeño problema con mi teléfono sony xperia Xa1. Al parecer no me deja visualizar el panel de notificaciones al deslizar el touch hacia abajo y desplegar la barra de notificaciones en la pantalla de inicio o al recibir una notificación nueva, ya que cuando mi teléfono se encuentra bloqueado puedo fácilmente deslizar la barra de notificaciones hacia abajo para visualizarla.

Hi, I have a small problem with my Sony Xperia Xa1 phone. Apparently it doesn't let me see the notification panel by sliding the touch down and displaying the notification bar on the home screen or receiving a new notification, since when my phone is locked I can easily slide the notification bar towards below to view it.

From your description it sounds a bit like the touch screen does not respond at the top of the display, thus preventing you from swiping down the notification panel. Do you have any screen protector or a protective case mounted on the phone that may interfere with the touch screen? Also, have you been able to carry out a quick test of the touchscreen in the support app? Find and tap Settings > Support > Xperia Tests > Touchscreen

Another thing that you can try is to reboot your phone in safe mode to see if the touchscreen works better there. All apps downloaded from Play store is temporarily deactivated while in safe mode and by doing this, you can see if this behaviour is caused by a downloaded app. For more information on safe mode and how to use it, click here.
