Hi folks,
I'm looking for some advice. My dad died a few months back and I'm trying to use his old phone. So far I guessed away all the lives on the pin code, so it reset. I don't know his Google account or password. Now it's reset, but still asks for previous account and password, even on fresh start.
I can't get past it. Do I need to send it to Sony? Is there anything else I can do myself?
