Hello there. For the last few months my wife has had an issue with trying to update her phone to Version 50.2.A.0.379. The update is 978.8mb and the phone has more than enough spare storage for the update. The update when selected downloads and tries to install. When restarting we get a loop saying the update failed to install please connect to the pc. We have tried and failed at this many times. Eventually the phone manages to boot itself back to a workable state but the update says "could not install". I am at a loss what to do now as we can't seem to clear it nor to bypass it and get a working later update. Any help is appreciated.
