Hi guys,
On every other phone I've put an SD card into it has just worked but I am now totally stumped. I'm trying to add memory to my Mum's phone. On putting the 32GB SD card in it said it needed to be formatted so clicked ok, got to 20%, waited and then it says couldn't erase SD card.
I've tried all the available formats by changing it on my computer which has worked but when I've put it back in the phone its the same problem. I've tried putting the memory card in when the phone is off and when it's on but always the same outcome. I did wonder whether the internal storage being quite full was a problem as it was 98%. I've got it down to 89% but still no luck.
Does anyone have any ideas? I'm going to try it in my old z3 compact tomorrow to see if that gets me anywhere but right now I'm stuck!!
