I have sent my Xperia XA2 in for service twice with this issue and it is still unresolved. It started with my screen randomly going to sleep (screen shutting off randomly, not a full phone shutdown) I later discovered through Xperia support tests that it could be due to a failing haptic feedback sensor, but I am not 100% certain, as the power button could be defective as well. Whenever the phone's vibration feature is used, for even the slightest vibrations, the screen shuts off and is a difficulty to wake. The power button will sometimes not work for tens of presses before the screen turns on again, and once that occurs the screen likely shuts off again randomly. The screen also shuts off when it is shaken or tapped. Please help with any info you may have. Sometimes holding my finger to the bottom left corner of the screen wakes it from periods of screen shutoff.
