When I bought it (today) it was like that,
My question is: Is it already like that when new noting that there is no broken parts at all.
If yes thank you.
If no gluing it would affect the mobile performance? or I should replace the phone considering this is the last resort.

He answered your question. If you were going to go and void your warranty unnecessarily instead of exercising your rights as a consumer that makes the question useless, not the valid (and correct) reply you recieved.
