BACK and HOME SOFT KEYS

I upgraded to Lollipod 5
When I start some apps full screen (eg some games) in my Xperia Z Ultra the keys back and home no longer appear.

So how do i stop the app if the app does not provide commands for closure?

In my Samsung Note 4 i can because there are  hardware buttons for home and back .
The Xperia Z Ultra keys home and back instead are virtual or software....

That's called "Immersive mode", pull down from the top of the screen, you will be able to see the soft keys.

Welcome to the community,

I believe you can also swipe up  from the bottom of the phone, this brings up the Soft keys at the bottom to.

The second suggestion is more useful,if you drag from the top,there is a chance you will pull down notification bar. But swiping gently from the bottom is what I do most of the time.
