Can't see notification when screen is locked

When exchange account is added (outlook), and because it requires some security settings, i'm not able anymore to see the notifications when the screen is locked.
I deleted the exchange account and the notifications can be seen while the screen is locked.
To confirm, I added my exchange account again, and the notifications can't be seen while the screen is locked.
I have to unlock to see the notification.
How to solve this issue to enjoy this latest feature.

There's a new update to Lollipop that enables this, but the update is still rolling to Xperia Z3 and Z3 at the moment:

I can't see the update cerified for Z3 Dual yet, but I think it will be a while to have this update. We waited for the original Lollipop update for more than a month to get it after single SIM Z3 devices.
