My phone touch screen not working properly in underwater

My phone touch screen not working under water properly. I observe another issue, when dropping water in my phone screen, screen bevaior responsing without interaction human finger touch.

The touch screen does not work under water, so it is nothing wrong with your phone. 

Regarding that the screen reacts when it drops water on the screen. This can happen, depending on situation, amount of water etc. It is normal.
