small back glass lift

hey guys, finally after months of saving i got myself a Z3, but after two days i found something akward, on the side where the magnetic connector is place there is a small lift maybe 1mm when i press it down it's flat with the frame but after two, three minutes it goes up i'm asking you should i be scared or not, keep in mind the phone is only two days old and if i take it to service i'll have to wait two or three weeks i don't want a brand new one oppened any help would be apprecieted

i've tried the waterproof preasure test when pushing on the screen the preasure rises toa 1001-1003-1004 and then when i release it it stabilizes around 998 does this mean it's okay or Grinning_Face sorry sounding so dumb it's my firsts waterproof phone Slightly_smiling_Face

Yes dont risk. Your device is certainly not waterproof,  the pressure test should go upto 1050+ and go back down. Return the device to the place of purchased,  as long as i know you have 14 days after the purchase to get the device fixed replaced or giving it back without a reason
