Sony Xperia Z1/ Camera / Images become blurry when i upload them

Unlike others which feel that the camera is noisy or blurry, I think its rather quiet and clear. However, when I try to upload my picture on, Instagram for example, it is much blurrer compared to the image in Album. Explanation or help on how can this be fixed? Thanks!

As far as I know most of these social media imaging services (facebook, instagram etc) compresses the images pretty hard to save space. This might be the case here.

if u see the real pictures in ur laptop or pc ull see why its blurry because in real it is but in phones it isint and you will also see more noise and grain
