Style cover window questions...

Hi,

I want to buy a style cover window case for my Xperia Z3 (D6603, lollipop 5.0.2) And I have heard reports of losing function after lollipop updat. Is this true? And can I remove the case and switch back and forth cases as I like a different style everyday, how does the cover stick to the phone? Glue? Tape? Something else? Anything else I should know? Any help is appreciated.

It has a sticky back that should be ok of you switch different cases
