Weak microphone after being in water

Hi when i put my sony z1 Below the water The microphone is weak 10 min. after 10 min he works fine.. Is that normal?

Yes,it is normal.Until it is dried up,you will notice a slight loss in output for the speaker and the microphone ability to record.
