I am sorry, you should indeed have it examined at a sony service.
If the phone does not turn on,you cannot save anything.Don't you have a microSD where media files are stored?
So basicaaly everything in my phone is lost and theres nothing that can be done?
Does the phone even turn on ? If not, there is nothing you can do.As I was saying,do you have a card?
and to answer your question yes i do have a micro sd but not everything was saved in it
Only that will be saved, sorry to tell you this.In cases like this, you learn how important are backups.
no it does not. the led stopped flashing after i tried the update center which was a fail as well. when i connected the xperia my computer was "installing" software but all it did was connect and disconnect continuesly.
When the software is installing the update, you should not disconnect.
thats the issue though. i dont disconnect it. it just does it by itself and i know its not the usb cable because i connect it to the wall and it does the 3 vibration set
So why don't you try a software repair with SUS?
