Xperia z3 waterproof issues lawsuit

Hello to all in this forum,

I too have been scammed by sony with their waterproof claims. I have been accused of not closing flaps. Their service centres are rigged to show that they are never to be blamed. I don't know of a single scenario where the phone had been repaired or replaced under warranty. Furthermore, the percentage of failure in regards to the waterproof capabilities, and repairs done under warranty versus the times the customer was to be blamed is outrageous.

I have been actively pursuing a lawsuit against sony mobile in regards to their waterproof capabilities. Their phones have not at all stood up to their claims of waterproofness of the phones.

I'm sorry to hear that, did you requested a vacuum test ? this will prove who is at fault.

It's hardly a rant if it's a genuine attempt to build a lawsuit based on consumer dissatisfaction, in an attempt to channel the position to third party adjudication. A rant is aimless. This isn't. People should be free either to comment, or to contact the OP privately. Really poor moderation.....

as you can see personal info should keep off the forum, but again a vacuum test will prove who is at fault, if it was the user or physical damage caused by the user which include wear and tear, or if its a factory issue.

I won't argue here about this. We have had similar scenarios in the past and it only stirred people to spam.
