CAn anyone help me please?

I could not update Z ultra on Mac nor OTA.

It says the update failed.

Some issue with update engine.

You should try a different computer, how slow is your internet connection?

OTA  loaded more than 350 MB quickly.  But failed to install.

Then Changed to Mac.    Using Bridge for Mac.

Download ok,  but waiting for update engine......... failed.

Now current verison in the Phone is =   14.1.13.0.475

OTA found   14.2.A.1.136     failed

MAc found   14.3.A.0.757     failed

what a bad luck!!!

GOing to try on PC.

Do I have to update to 4.3 then 4.4 ?

Or go 4.4 instantly?

You can go directly to 4.4

if u want to download it and enjoy u can use the flashtool but ur data has been removed if u like to do that try this metord

first download flashtool from here 

next install and run it

and u have to download 14.3.a.0.757 ftf from here but i dont know this is for ur contry any way it doesnt matter u can update it.

download ftf what kind of ftf do u want ok..

after that go to that flashtool software

then click flash button and select flash mode

after that chouse the ftf file where were u download it and click done or flash ok after that wait untill shows the message to plug ur 4n.after that connect ur 4n with press and hold ur volume down key after several minits u can see the flashing ur 4n after finish it disconnet ur 4n and enjoy

Do not forget to give kudosand to select the correct answer

Tried on PC laptop after downloading drivers and Companion.
I went smoothly in one shot and updated to Kitkat.
