Z1 compact - Tehthering error

After installing Android latest version 5.0.2 and Build 14.5.A.0.242 tethering functionality stopped working

Every time I try to enable the Portable Wi-Fi Hotspot the following is diplayed

 

I also tried any other type of tethering (USB, Bluetooth)... same error

I double crosscheck all relevant settings regarding Tehthering, Internet Access, Mobile data and everything seems to be OK (as it was before the update when tethering functionality was working OK)

I also contact my provider (Vodafone - Greece) and they say my program and the settings from their side is OK

Does anybody have any clue on this???
