L-Mount lenses onto Sony a7riii

Any suggestions for loading a L-mount lens (NOT Leica M mount) onto a Sony A7riii.

There does nor seem to be any on Amazon but I have a number of L-Mount lenses I wish to use

with Sony A7riii for manual focusing.

If sigma L mount you can pay for mount conversion.

Any other way with adapter that should be only 2mm thin with all electrical contacts and conversions, are not available
