The latest update has broken the sound to the internal Netflix and prime apps. This seems to be an arc issue. Quite a few people getting it in the UK and USA. Can you please help since was working fine before hand.
Further to this when you first turn the tv and AVR on the sound works. As soon as you switch inputs on the denon AVR and go back to tv audio for the apps. There is no sound.
Please see the last few pages on here for others with the same problem. Also happening in America.

Exactly the same issue here on my AF9 , come on Sony sort this out please
Sam here with the ZD9 going to Oreo. No more ARC/sound from the surround amp, whatever I do, including the workarounds suggested here:

Even after a full factory reset, it's no better.
