Can anyone tell me why my Bravia TV KD-43X8309C doesn't connect to my iPhone or my iPad or my Wireless Earbuds on Bluetooth, please? Thanks

Hi @alfredotechno1 You have a 2015 8 series model TV and almost certainly doesn’t have the A2DP Bluetooth profile required to connect to audio devices. It will be limited to remote, mouse, keyboard and 3D glasses. In general terms Sony only include the A2DP profile in their 9 series TVs, even today.

Taken full your TVs specification Bluetooth (HID/HOGP/3DSP/SPP ). Google the profiles to see what they do.
