I keep getting messages on my Sony Bravia that I’m not connected to the internet, then a few seconds later that I am connected. It seems to have happened since a recent update. I have done a factory reset and it’s not solved the issue.

What is the full model number of your TV (it will start with KD) and what are the details of the connection? When this happened to me it highlighted a failing Ethernet switch. I believe the latest software tests the integrity of connections to a higher decree.
