New to the board, please be gentle! Just bought this TV (on 21/12/21) which is connected to a BDV-EF200 home cinema theatre with built in BD player via eARC HDMI 3. A sky+ box is connected to the TV via HDMI 1. There is also an optical cable connected between the home cinema system and the TV. All seems fine when I have the sound output set to external speakers but when I try and access Netflix/Amazon Prime/Disney+ etc, there is no sound and when I go back to Sky (HDMI 1), the sound has also gone! I believe there is a new software update available for catch-up apps. Would updating the software also solve my problem or is it more hardware related?
