Hi all.
sorry for being late to the party. I’m having the same issue since updating my AG8 tv to the latest software (Feb 2020). I have tried the factory reset. Set everything back up again. But every time I turn the tv off after viewing it then refuses to turn back on . You have to kill it at the wall for a minute and then wait for it to restart. It’s incredibly frustrating
If you have done the factory reset then try turning the power saving mode onto low and try that, I have done that and it seem to have fixed it at the minute
